Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Now I'm Found app and this website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
Who we are
Shinefort Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17081874), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.
Using Now I'm Found
You must be at least 13 to use the Service. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it in line with these terms. We and our licensors keep all rights in the Service. Bible text is used under its public-domain status or licence, listed in the app's Credits screen.
Please don't use the Service unlawfully, try to extract its source code (except where the law allows), copy or resell it, or interfere with it.
What you write
Your notes, the names of the people you pray for and everything else you enter belong to you and stay on your device. We don't receive them, so we can't recover them: if you delete the app or your prayers, they're gone.
Subscriptions
Praying in Now I'm Found is free: every prayer, the reminders, the widget, the journal and up to two people. Now I'm Found Plus adds a note after every prayer and as many people as you like. It's a subscription, which may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Notes you've already written always stay readable if you stop subscribing.
What Now I'm Found is, and isn't
Now I'm Found is help with prayer and personal devotion. It isn't pastoral, medical, psychological or legal advice, and it makes no promise about what prayer will do. If you're struggling or in danger, please contact someone you trust, a doctor, or your local emergency services.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, or GBP 100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer, we're responsible for foreseeable loss and damage we cause.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms, and will post changes here with a new date, telling you in the app if they're significant. You can stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except that as a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
