Common questions

I’m not getting reminders.

Check that notifications are on for the app in iPhone Settings → Notifications. Reminders come once at each time you chose in the app, a few minutes past the hour, and never repeat.

How do I change my prayer times or how much guidance I get?

Both are in the app’s Settings. You can also ask for more or less guidance at the start of any prayer.

I got a new phone. Where are my prayers?

Your notes and people are kept only on the phone you wrote them on, and are left out of iCloud device backups, so they don’t move to a new phone. That’s what keeps them private.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In iPhone Settings, tap your name → Subscriptions → Now I’m Found Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Notes you’ve written stay readable.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, Settings → Delete all my prayers removes everything from your phone. Deleting the app does the same. We don’t hold your prayers anywhere else.
